Below is a brief explanation of how we’ll be managing any behavioural issues this Winter. In the background, we’re working on a larger framework for managing the development, recruitment and retention of referees and umpires.
For now, we need to understand we have a collective duty of care to treat each other with respect and fairness at all times…yes, even of the sidelines of community sporting events.
